About US

PhelpsArts is owned and run by Robert Phelps. It is a local videography business serving the Triad North Carolina area. PhelpsArts has over 13 years of experience in video production, and 10 years in the videography business. Started in early 2001 PhelpsArts has produced dozens of professional and consumer videos including weddings, dance recitals, commercials, and many more.

Robert Phelps, is the winner of numerous awards including a first place award at the Iowa Motion Picture Association. He is a graduate from the New York Film Academy in Digital Video Production and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Film/Video Production. He has been trained in Non-Linear editing, and editing technology including Final Cut Pro, Avid, and Pinnacle editing systems. He has also been trained in Digital Video, Film, and High Definition Video technology.

All videos are shot in digital HD format, with Professional CMOS Canon HD digital camcorders, and all films are captured digitally for the best and clearest picture quality. Each video is edited with a non-linear editing system and finalized on Digital Versatile Discs (DVD).
